Terms of Service
These Terms set clear expectations for responsible use of Remz during its friends beta.
1. Agreement and beta status
These Terms govern access to the Remz early-access service. By creating an account or using Remz, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Remz for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
Remz is currently a friends beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or occasionally be unavailable. Roadmap previews and sample data are not operational promises.
2. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people you invite are authorized to use workspace data.
3. Contacts, files, and email
You retain responsibility for the records, files, drafts, and messages you place in Remz. You grant Remz a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
You must have a lawful basis and any required consent to store contact information or send email. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, recordkeeping, and industry rules. Remz may block sending that appears abusive or unsafe.
4. Connected accounts
You may connect only a Google or Microsoft account that you are authorized to use. Provider services are governed by their own terms and policies. Disconnecting inside Remz stops future Remz sending through that connection and removes stored credentials, but it does not erase provider-side mail or historical Remz records.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Remz to:
- Send spam, phishing, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Access or attempt to access another user's workspace, account, or data without permission.
- Upload malware, interfere with service operation, evade limits, or probe security without written authorization.
- Use the service for regulated or high-risk data when Remz has not expressly agreed to support that use.
6. Service changes and suspension
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue beta features to protect users, comply with provider requirements, address security issues, or improve the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, providers, or Remz.
7. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or beta feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Remz without payment or obligation. Do not include confidential customer information in a feedback report unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the beta service is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery, opening, or reading.
You are responsible for reviewing recipients, content, sender identity, and compliance before sending a message, and for maintaining any backups your business requires.
9. Ending use and updates
You may stop using Remz at any time and may request account or workspace deletion by emailing contact@lxcommercialcleaning.com. We may update these Terms as the product changes and will update the date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms: contact@lxcommercialcleaning.com.
These beta Terms are a practical product draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broader commercial launch.
