Friends beta
Remz helps small teams organize contacts, send business email from mailboxes they control, and scrub text-based PDFs locally. The beta keeps the promise narrow: those workflows are live, while future modules remain clearly labeled as roadmap previews.
Create, import, search, review duplicates, archive, restore, and organize contacts inside an isolated workspace.
Connect a Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 mailbox and choose the sender for each message.
Start from an editable script, save and resume drafts, send deliberately, and review provider-confirmed history.
Review common sensitive values in text-based PDFs and export a rasterized copy without uploading the file to Remz.
Remz requests basic Google identity information and the least-privilege Gmail send permission. It uses that access only to identify your connected sender and send a message after you compose it and click Send. Remz does not request access to read, download, or scan your Gmail inbox.
Connected credentials are encrypted server-side. You can disconnect at any time; doing so removes Remz's stored provider credentials while preserving your sent history as a business record.
Workspaces are separated by authenticated organization membership. The beta avoids claiming opens, clicks, or final inbox delivery unless a provider confirms that event.
