Remz helps small teams organize contacts, send business email from mailboxes they control, synchronize selected calendars, and scrub text-based PDFs locally. The early-access release keeps the promise narrow: those workflows are live, while future modules remain clearly labeled as roadmap previews.
Connected sending
Connect one or more Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 accounts and choose the sender for each approved message.

Why Remz requests Google access
Remz requests basic Google identity information and the least-privilege Gmail send permission. It uses that access only to identify your connected sender and send a message after you review it and explicitly click Send. Remz does not request permission to read, download, search, or scan your Gmail inbox.
Remz requests permission to view and edit Calendar events and read your calendar list so you can choose which calendars to synchronize. Remz synchronizes only the calendars you enable, preserves provider event identity to prevent duplicates, and keeps consequential scheduling changes visible for review.
Connected credentials are encrypted server-side. You can disconnect at any time; doing so removes Remz's stored provider credentials and stops future Gmail and Calendar access while preserving existing business and audit history until that history or the workspace is deleted.
Privacy by clear boundaries
Workspaces are separated by authenticated organization membership. The beta avoids claiming opens, clicks, or final inbox delivery unless a provider confirms that event.
